The self-help program is designed to assist individuals to gain access to community resources and break down the stigma related to mental health and addiction issues. It provides a peer-support system for individuals who are encountering barriers to personal choice in family situations, employment, the legal system, education, recovery programs and other areas affecting their lives.
Facilitating participation in Double Trouble in Recovery (DTR) and other self-help meetings throughout Orange County.
Facilitating personal empowerment by providing the tools and technical support to enable consumers to organize groups and conduct meetings.
Providing training in Wellness and Recovery Action Planning (WRAP)
