Bridger and Diversion Services

The Bridger and Diversion Programs assist individuals with psychiatric & co-occurring disabilities with the goal of aiding in the prevention of homelessness and recidivism by providing supportive counseling, service coordination and information and referral services. We promote and foster independence and encourage participants to embrace wellness and recovery.
