There is not cost to participate; however, donations are welcome as they allow us to continue and expand our program offerings.
A fitness boot camp is a type of group physical training program typically conducted by gyms, personal trainers, and former military personnel. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a one-hour period of time. As an active bodyguard/security consultant with a background in Boxing, Aikido, Jiu Jitsu, and close quarter combat training (CQCT), Omar Stringfield offers a program designed to test and strengthen endurance and overall fitness.
